We offer a complimentary airport shuttle for both arriving and departing guests, but please note – airport shuttle reservations are required. Between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm, the complimentary pick-up from Austin-Bergstrom Airport leaves for the resort on the hour. The departure shuttle leaves Miraval Austin at 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, and 2 pm.

REFUND POLICY - DG MINDSET EXPERIENCE RETREATS:

1. Refunds requested more than 150 days from the first day of the originally scheduled event dates will be issued a refund, less the original first-month payment for payment plans. (down payment)
2. Refunds requested between 149 days and 61 days from the first day of the originally scheduled event dates will be issued a refund equivalent to 50% of the ticket fee paid, which includes applicable fees and taxes.
3. There are no refunds available within 60 days of the first day of the originally scheduled event dates, and this policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
4. All refunds will be processed and returned to the original form of payment used at the time of registration.
5. For registrations made via installment plans, refunds will be returned in the monthly amount paid, and not as a single lump sum.
