The Elite Coaching Program runs year-round, allowing you to continuously grow and evolve with ongoing support and accountability. No matter when you get in, you will have access to ALL past content/calls.

This program goes beyond surface-level coaching. We work with you to build a Personal Blueprint for Growth, designed specifically for you. We focus on identifying limiting beliefs, creating a new standard for performance, and holding you accountable to the highest version of yourself. You'll also gain access to Derick’s internal processes and team, something that’s not offered in typical coaching programs.

In addition to weekly live coaching calls, you’ll receive implementation support to ensure you’re putting what you learn into practice. You’ll also be part of a small group mastermind where you can collaborate, share experiences, and gain support from a like-minded community.
